Here is another successful project that was just completed on March 26th of this year shared by Westmont Industries of California. These photos are of a Single Girder Top Running 7.5 Ton crane incorporating a Patented Track Bridge rail (The bridge is a TC/American 45R24-101-42ft span, 76ft runways). This project was contracted to Westmont Industries by the Marines Corps Training Center in Yakima, WA. This project represents a great example of how to incorporate a Patented Track system into a top running application. TC/American's chief mechanical engineer Gary Vangsness inspecting the 30,000 lb. capacity single girder carrier that is about ready to ship. This is a 450 series carrier 45SGC30000-8SRLC motorized with a travel speed of 100 feet per minute. It has an 11 foot wheel base with an over all length of just over 14 foot. Without the hoist attached the unit weighs 3,796 lbs.
